IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Austerman placed a call of the House on the bill. The Speaker stated that the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall CSHB 441(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska. Representative Berkowitz objected. The question being: "Shall the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, be adopted?" Representative Mulder gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 441(FIN)(brf sup maj fld).
